PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing a temperature detector, which allows a detecting part to reliably come in close contact with a detected part, with a secured space on the top of a battery.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 11 for measuring temperature of a battery comprises a sensor holder 19 to which a thermistor element 43 is attached along an elastic piece 31, and a fixing cover 21 fixed to a battery side so as to hold the sensor holder 19 in a state that the chip part 45 of the thermistor element 43 opposite to the battery side comes in close contact with a detected part on the battery side with elastic resilience force of the elastic piece 31. |
