PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a driver for safer driving of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle device 200, a positioning unit measures a current position. A reception unit receives an estimated value of a period of time from the time when a vehicle 500 passes the position of a roadside radio device 100A installed on a road to the time when gates 510A-510G open, the estimated value being associated with the speed of the vehicle 500 at the time when passing the position of the roadside radio device 100A, from a distribution server 300. A guide unit notifies a user of the timing when a gate to which the vehicle 500 is traveling, of the gates 510A-510G, opens on the basis of the measured current position and the received estimated value. |
