PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can stop at once feeding operation through another control part that does not depend on a control part that controls an image forming part.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a paper feed tray 110; a feed roller 120; a feed motor 130; an image forming part 140; a first detection sensor 150; a stop key 160; a CPU 170; and a CPU 180. The feed roller 120 feeds the paper loaded on the paper feed tray 110. The feed motor 130 rotates the feed roller 120. The image forming part 140 forms an image on the paper fed by the feed roller 120. The first detection sensor 150 detects the paper that exists in the image forming part 140. The stop key 160 directs the stop of the operation of the feed motor 130 and the image forming part 140. The CPU 180 controls the operation of feed motor 130, and stops the feed motor 130 immediately after when determined that the stop key 160 is operated. |
