The invention relates to a hybrid MIG-TIG or MAG-TIG welding device comprising a MIG or MAG welding torch (1) which includes a consumable wire (1a) oriented in a first direction (1b) and which is associated with a TIG welding head (2) comprising a non-consumable electrode (2a) oriented in a second direction (2b), said first and second directions (1b, 2b) being substantially coplanar and forming therebetween an angle (alpha) of between 5 and 40°. According to the invention, the device further comprises a shoe (5) for assembling the torches (1, 2), which is designed to allow the TIG welding torch (2) to be positioned in at least two predefined positions with respect to the MIG or MAG welding head (1), said positions including: a first position in which the end (2c) of the non-consumable electrode (2a) is situated at a first distance (D) from the first direction (1b), and a second position in which the end (2c) of the non-consumable electrode (2a) is situated at a second distance (D') from the first direction (1b), the second distance (D') being greater than the first distance (D).
