Disclosed is a system for monitoring wind turbine blade sag. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system for monitoring wind turbine blade sag, which is disposed inside a wind power generation tower, comprises: a laser displacement sensor portion which emits a laser beam frontward and receives light when the laser beam is reflected by a blade so as to obtain a displacement signal between the blade and the tower; and a data processing portion which receives the displacement signal from the laser displacement sensor portion to process the signal into data.
