There is thus provided in accordance with an example of the current method and apparatus an apparatus including one or more expandable portions having at least two expandable compartments or two or more expandable compartments wherein the expandable compartments or portions expand and contract, alternately non-invasively anchoring the apparatus in place by pressing against an organ wall that contracts and relaxes in a peristaltic wave so that to maintain the apparatus stationary at its location within a lumen defined by the wall.
