PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic impregnated in a nonwoven fabric, capable of giving refreshing feelings with persistence to give skin high moistness with fresh touch, hardly causing undesirable stimulation to skin, and allowing use after cooled in a refrigerator or a freezer.SOLUTION: The cosmetic impregnated in a nonwoven fabric is prepared by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a cosmetic composition including: (A) 15-40 mass% of a polyhydric alcohol; (B) 0.005-0.05 mass% of one or more selected from menthol and a peppermint oil, (C) 0.005-0.05 mass% of one or more selected from menthyl glyceryl ether and menthyl lactate; (D) 0.1-3 mass% of a low molecular weight silicone oil. The cosmetic impregnated in a nonwoven fabric is used after cooled to ≤10°C. |
