The valve (1) has a valve ball (5) positioned in a diverting hole (6) of a piston (2), where the diverting hole of the piston is adapted to a fluid conduit of hydraulic liquid from a pressure chamber (3). A spring element (7) i.e. cup spring (8), is positioned on a side of a closure element (4) in the diverting hole of the piston, where the side of a closure element faces toward the pressure chamber. The closure element is partially arranged within a relief valve housing and linear-movably arranged between the cup spring and the valve housing. An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic tensioner traction system.
