METHOD FOR RESTORING MOVING PICTURE BY CLUSTER SEARCHING AND THE MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A video recovery method and a recording medium thereof are provided to recover video data into an image frame by combining the video data based on index information of the image frame. CONSTITUTION: A storage medium forms a first cluster group (111), a second cluster group (113), and a third cluster group (115). The storage medium searches the whole of an inactive cluster. The storage medium finds index information (1135) including sizes of frames in a reference cluster group. The storage medium compares frame information composing the cluster groups and frame information included in the index information. Provisional index information is stored in the storage medium.
