The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and specifically, to connecting-rods. The connecting-rod of an offset mechanism comprises a rod, a connecting-rod head and crank heads, head bushings and connecting-rod bolts. The rod axis is bent relative to an axis passing through the axis of the heads of the connecting-rod in a plane perpendicular to the axes of the heads of the connecting-rod. The magnitude of the bend of the rod axis depends on the magnitude of the offset of the crank-and-rod mechanism. The solution is directed to improving the overall dimensions and mass characteristics of the device.
