PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fragrance-imparting agent having a natural floral-like hop flavor, a drink having the natural floral-like hop flavor and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided the fragrance-imparting agent containing two or more components selected from a G1 group consisting of cis-linalool oxide, trans-linalool oxide, α-terpineol, a hop component A, a hop component B, a hop component C and a hop component D, and a component of a G2 group consisting of ethyl caprate and a hop component E. There is also provided the drink containing the fragrance-imparting agent. |
