PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery inspection system, inspection device and inspection method which can inspect a solar battery simply, and a solar battery inspection device manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An inspection device 100 comprises a rectangular body 1, a light source 2, reflectors 3 and 4, and a placement stand 5. Since light irradiated from the light source 2 can be reflected using the reflectors 3 and 4 before being irradiated upon a solar battery module 30, the inspection device 100 for the solar battery module 30 can be reduced in size. Also, since a light pattern emitted from the light source 2 is varied while the light source remains fixed as a region upon which light is impinged is scanned, the inspection device 100 can be simplified. Furthermore, since solar battery cells constituting the solar battery module 30 are divided into virtual regions when inspection is performed, a location where a fault exists can be detected with high accuracy. |
