PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a communication error, although in a prior art, when an access network is changed, an IP address used by an application is changed, and an application of a terminal 101 in communication cannot follow an IP address change and causes a communication error.SOLUTION: A communication terminal comprises: an access unit which obtains information to communicate with a plurality of radio communication networks; an address conversion table which associates the information obtained by the access unit with information an application uses for communication; an address conversion unit which uses the address conversion table to convert the information the application uses for communication into the information obtained by the access unit; and a control unit which controls those. If the application communicates using one of the plurality of radio communication networks, the address conversion unit will convert the information the application uses for communication into information on one of the radio communication networks used for communication by the application among the information obtained by the access unit. |
