PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle connector and a shield connector, capable of reducing the number of components of a shield member which removes noise, facilitating soldering work such as contact to a substrate and confirmation work, and performing a ground connection between substrates.SOLUTION: A receptacle connector 12, which is connected to a plug connector 48, comprises: a first housing 13 formed in a horizontally long rectangular parallelepiped shape of insulation properties; a plurality of first contacts 33 provided on the first housing 13; and a plurality of first lead parts 35 connected to the plurality of first contacts 33 and a substrate. The plurality of first lead parts 35 is covered with a shield member 39, the whole of which is mounted to the first housing 13. |
