PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a purified organic solvent, capable of obtaining a purified polyphenol that exhibits good flavor when reused in purification of polyphenols, from an organic solvent-containing aqueous solution subjected to contact processing with a polyphenols-containing material.SOLUTION: A method of producing a purified organic solvent includes: gasifying an organic solvent-containing aqueous solution that has been brought into contact with a polyphenols-containing material; removing a part of generated vapor by transmitting it through a zeolite membrane; and condensing and recovering residual vapor.
