PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a balance ball, among balance exercisers, allows to perform exercise in a wide application range, thus gaining popularity, but the ball is large, which is a drawback for facile use in a house.SOLUTION: A leg part (5) designed such that a ground part becomes a spherical surface is provided in the center of the bottom face of a base (4). A plurality of acupressure projections (2), (3) each having a spherical surface or a surface similar thereto are provided in upper ends of the base (4), and the acupressure projection a (2) close to the end has a shape larger than the acupressure projection b (3), or has a higher projection as approaching the end. The upper face of the base (4) is covered with a cushion material (1). Thereby, the exercise in a basic posture using the balance ball can be readily performed by using a chair. The acupressure projection a (2) and the acupressure projection b (3) moderately perform acupressure to the buttocks or the like to promote blood circulation. |
