An electrodeless lamp comprises an electrical box (1), a lamp shade (2) and a lamp tube (3), which is characterized in that an upper connector lower casing (41) and a lower connector upper casing (52) are fixed on the upper end face and the lower end face of the electrical box (1) respectively; the top end of the lamp shade (2) is fixedly provided with a lower connector lower casing (51) which can be removably arranged with the lower connector upper casing (52); a connecting conductor of the lamp tube (3) is electrically connected to a wiring male connector (61) which penetrates through the lamp shade (2) and the lower connector lower casing (51) and is contained in a containing cavity of a lower connector (5); the lower end of the electrical box (1) is connected to a wiring female connector (62) which penetrates through the lower connector upper casing (52) and is contained in the containing cavity of the lower connector (5); the wiring male connector (61) is matched and inserted with the wiring female connector (62); the upper end of the electrical box (1) is connected to a wiring male plug (71) which penetrates through the upper connector lower casing (41) and is contained in a containing cavity of an upper connector (4); an upper connector upper casing (42) is removably arranged on the upper connector lower casing (41); a wiring female plug (72) which is matched and inserted with the wiring male plug (71) is contained in the containing cavity of the upper connector (4); and a conductor of the wiring female plug (72) penetrates through the upper connector upper casing (42), and is electrically connected to an external power supply. The electrodeless lamp is convenient for disassembling, assembling and replacing components using the matching insertion of the male plug and the female plug and the upper and the lower connectors.
