CONSTITUTION: A recombinant Escherichia species microorganism with reinforced L-tryptophan production is that the entire or a part of leader peptide having the base sequence of Sequence no. 2 is lost in the expression control region having the base sequence of Sequence no. 1 in the immanent tryptophan operon. A production method of L-tryptophan comprises a step of cultivating recombinant Escherichia species microorganism with reinforced L-tryptophan production which is manufactured by deleting the entire or a part of leader peptide having the base sequence of Sequence no. 2 in the expression control region having the base sequence of Sequence no. 1 in the immanent tryptophan operon.
