PURPOSE: A flat speaker including a vibration plate integrated with a PCB voice film is provided to develop an ultra-thin speaker, maximize productivity, and improve quality. CONSTITUTION: A flat speaker includes a magnetic body (106) and a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) or a printed circuit board (PCB) (101). The magnetic body includes one magnet (104) and yoke plates (105) which are magnetized to different polarities on the top and the bottom surface of the magnet. The FPCB or the PCB plays a role as a vibration plate, and a pattern of a voice coil (107) is printed in a track form on one side or both sides of the FPCB or the PCB. The FPCB or the PCB is located on the upper part of the magnetic body. The magnet is located on the inside of the track pattern of the voice coil in the track form to configure a magnetic circuit.
