PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission and reception system and program capable of sending a response to a transmitted data without using complicated control.SOLUTION: The second transmitter/receiver 4 of a transmission and reception system 1 comprises: a response packet generation unit (second generation means) 46 which uses, as a positive and negative responses to a transmission packet transmitted from a first transmitter/receiver 2, a code allowing distinction between a positive response and a negative response even if a one-bit error is generated by transmission when the responses are transmitted to the first transmitter/receiver 2; and a parallel/serial conversion unit (second transmission means) 42 which causes a 8B10B conversion unit 44 to perform 8B10B conversion on the positive or negative response generated by the response packet generation unit 46 and transmits the result to the first transmitter/receiver 2. |
