PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile foundation structure capable of producing high supporting force using steel sheet piles only, while reducing a resistance when installed, allowing the steel sheet piles neighboring each other along the direction of a wall body to be fitted and connected, and reducing processing work for the steel sheet piles to reduce the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: In a steel sheet pile foundation 1 using steel sheet piles 11 each having a web, a flange and a sheet pile joint, the pair of steel sheet piles 11A, 11B are installed in a ground while facing each other in the state of approaching or contacting each other to form a closed space, and upper ends 11a of the respective pair of steel sheet piles 11A, 11B are embedded in a footing 12 and integrally joined to each other. |
