PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control refresh operation, according to a current use state, of display means for executing display using charged bodies which move depending on applied voltage.SOLUTION: In a mobile phone having a sub-screen SD for executing display using charged bodies which move according to applied voltage, a central control part 11 controls whether or not refresh operation of the sub-screen SD is performed, on the basis of a current use state of the mobile phone. In addition, the central control part 11 makes a display content storage part M4 store contents displayed on the sub-screen SD, before the refresh operation is started, and after the refresh operation, according to the use state, displays, on the sub-screen SD, contents of either the display contents stored by the display content storage part M4 or decorative data stored by a decorative data storage part M2. |
