CHEMICAL SYNTHESIS COMPRISING HEAT TREATMENT BY INTERMITTENT DIELECTRIC HEATING, COMBINED WITH RECYCLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for carrying out efficient and rapid heat treatments on different levels, whether in laboratories, on a semi-industrial or on industrial level.SOLUTION: A system is constructed by: a buffer reactor for treating a larger amount of mixture of a reaction material; a recycling system provided with a pump; and a high frequency generator. A reaction mixture is flown into the recycling system and electromagnetic waves selected from the frequencies ranging between 300 GHz and 3 MHz intermittently are applied to the reaction mixture by the high frequency generator to dielectrically heat the reaction material.
