PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a cleaning method for a reflecting device for solar thermal power generation, the method being able to save water, and to clean without scratching a mirror surface.SOLUTION: When a reflecting device 20 for solar thermal power generation with a film mirror 10 for condensing light by reflecting solar light is cleaned, nanobubble water is sprayed as cleaning water to a reflecting surface (a surface of the film mirror 10) of the reflecting device 20 for solar thermal power generation such that dirt on the reflecting surface is removed.
