PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay server that makes access by a communication partner effective without informing the communication partner of an actual address.SOLUTION: A relay server 3 stores the addresses of object terminals 31, 32, 33 and the addresses of operation PCs 11, 12. The relay server 3 exchanges a routing object address with a relay server 1, and establishes a routing session. The relay server 3 transmits a virtual address to the operation PC 11 by email. The relay server 3 relays communication between the object terminals 31, 32, 33 and the operation PCs 11, 12 by using the virtual address together with the relay server 1. |
