PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous non-contact injection method and a device.SOLUTION: There are provided a method and a device for dispensing a high viscosity material of a minute amount from an injection needle by using a nozzle plate provided with an injection chamber having an upper face constituted of a diaphragm and a bottom face fluid-communicating with the injection needle when an injection mechanism is driven. The fluid flows in from a flow-in channel to the chamber, deforms the diaphragm to block the channel, and is injected from the chamber by injecting the droplet of the fluid from the needle. A metering chamber driven by the diaphragm and/or a container chamber can be used optionally for the supply of the fluid to the injection chamber.
