This SRAM memory card is provided with: a monitoring unit which monitors the power supply voltage generated by a battery via a contact so that if the potential of the contact is lower than a threshold, an ON-value for an alarm signal is set, and if the potential of the contact is greater than or equal to the threshold, an OFF-value for the alarm signal is set, in order to output the alarm signal to a device via an interface unit; a detection unit which detects the on/off state of the power supply of the device via the interface unit; and a discharge circuit which, in accordance with the on/off state of the power supply of the device that has been detected by the detection unit, discharges the charge that has been accumulated at a first electrode of a capacitance element.
