The system has a set of insulating segments (1) that is made of heat insulating material. An attaching unit e.g. bar (7) is utilized for connecting a set of edge sections of the heat insulating segments. The attaching unit is formed by a groove and/or spring. The attaching unit is arranged at front ends (4) and at long sides (5) of the individual insulating segments. A supplementary insulating unit is provided in the form of an inflatable air bag e.g. lateral air bag. The air bag is designed as a cavity in the insulating segments.
