<p>According to embodiments, a lipolysis apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic wave output portion; and a driving unit. The ultrasonic wave output portion outputs ultrasonic waves to induce cavitation in a fat layer and comprises first and second ultrasonic wave output units. The driving portion is connected to the ultrasonic wave output portion and provides power so as to allow the ultrasonic wave output portion to reciprocate in a first direction. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively breakdown fats without invasive action by breaking covalent bonds in fatty acids using ultrasonic cavitation without invasive action. Therefore, it is possible to save on labor costs and to prevent after effects of invasive lipolysis.</p>
