<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a map display device for displaying a plurality of drawing screens, and a method therefor, wherein it is possible to easily comprehend the relationship between drawing objects on the drawing screens. This map display device is provided with: an input/display unit (1) for receiving a user operation input pertaining to drawing-screen display, and displaying a first drawing object pertaining to map information for a first drawing screen, and a second drawing object for a second drawing screen; and a control unit (4) for, according to the user operation input received by the input/display unit (1), controlling the state of overlap between the first drawing screen and the second drawing screen, causing the first drawing object or the second drawing object to mask the other in the overlapping section of the first and second drawing screens, and outputting to the input/display unit (1).</p> |
