<p>Endo-sinus-tarsal screw (1;1') comprising an internal metallic part (2, 3), formed by two components (2, 3) that can be moved with respect to each other, as well as an expandable external sleeve (6), the latter having a proximal conical part (6a) and a substantially cylindrical body (6b). The second component (3), by pushing against the distal end (6d) of the expandable sleeve (6), causes the expansion of the sleeve itself. Preferably, an annular abutment (7) is provided for the expandable sleeve, which facilitates the expansion of the sleeve on the proximal side and allows better anchorage to the wall of the tarsal sinus.</p> |
