CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance removal apparatus of a process pump for cooling a furnace body includes a screen mesh(40), a brush(50), a lift drive unit(60) and an air injection unit(71). The screen mesh is positioned inside a filter(20). The brush is fixed on the screen mesh and contacted to the inner surface of the filter. The lift drive unit is connected to the screen mesh to lift the screen mesh and the brush vertically.
