PURPOSE: A system for managing a judicial affairs agency fee is provided to improve sales competitiveness of an LA(legal agent) and business satisfaction of a corporate, by effectively supporting the reception of bills related to JF(Judicial affair agency Fee), queries for reception/payment states of JF bills, issue and reception of receipt/tax invoice related to JF, and tax reporting task. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for managing a JF comprises a JF processing control module(101) which controls the processes of billing and settling of JF concomitant with judicial affairs, by communicating with a national tax administration information device(4) which is managed by a national tax service office, corporate information device(1) which is managed by a corporate, an LA information device(2) which is managed by a legal agent(LA) via wire/wireless online networks(3) and an interface module(102); and an operation information storage module(103), a service source information storage module(104), a guide frame management module(105), an affair registration support module(106), a retainer billing support module(107), a receipt/tax report issuing support module(108), an additional JF billing support module(109), a payable JF billing support module(110), a revised JF billing support module(111), a winning premium billing support module(112), a receipt/tax report revised issuing support module(113), and a JF reception/payment state query support module(114) which are under control of the JF processing control module.
