PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for performing dental panoramic X-ray radiography, dental X-ray teleradiography, and optional dental stereoroentgenographic CBCT X-ray radiography.SOLUTION: This apparatus (21) for performing the dental panoramic X-ray radiography, the dental X-ray teleradiography, and the optional dental stereoroentgenographic CBCT X-ray radiography includes a support part holding a rotary arm (26). In the apparatus (21), the rotary arm (26) furthermore supports a first X-ray source (27) at one end and an X-ray detector (28) at the other end at a proper distance for imaging a panoramic image and an optional CBCT stereoscopic image. The apparatus also includes: only one patient positioning system (25); and a second X-ray source (207) at a distance from the detector (28) suitable to perform a skull X-ray teleradiography. |
