PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polarizing plate which can prevent wrinkles from occurring on a transparent film to be conveyed to a sticking roll.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of manufacturing a polarizing plate that comprises a transparent film stuck to one surface or both surfaces of a polarizing film, the method including an adhesive application step for applying an adhesive to one surface of the transparent film and a sticking step for sticking the transparent film to one surface or both surfaces of the polarizing film through the adhesive. After the adhesive application step, the transparent film is conveyed into the sticking step through a first suction roll.
