PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document with an attribute related to an operation of a specific operation category applied to the document in the past, the document stored in a document storage device.SOLUTION: At every time an operation is applied to a document on a client device 50, an operation history recording device 10 records information (a parent-child relationship of operation) of operation IDs of an immediately prior operation on the document and a current operation thereon and an operation attribute such as operation category and the like. The document includes an operation ID of the latest operation. A registration device 30 has an attribute provision rule 32 set therein, the rule correlated with a specific folder stored in a document storage device 20. When a document is stored in the folder, the registration device 30 extracts an operation ID(s) antecedent to the operation ID of the document from the operation history recording device 10 and identifies an operation ID corresponding to an operation category specified in the attribute provision rule 32 from among the antecedent operation IDs, reads an operation attribute corresponding to the identified operation ID, correlates the document with a document attribute determined on the basis of the operation attribute and registers the resultant to the document storage device 20. |
