PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly compare power supply voltages.SOLUTION: A voltage comparison circuit includes: a first PMOS transistor 12 connected between VDD1 and a node 1; a first NMOS transistor 14 connected between the node 1 and VSS; a second PMOS transistor 16 which is connected between VDD2 and a node 2 and operates according to a voltage of the node 1 connected to a gate G3; and a second NMOS transistor 22 connected between the node 2 and VSS. A voltage of the node 2 is determined by a CMOS inverter 26. |
