This linear motor comprises a stator, which has multiple magnetism generation members which are continuously arranged, and a mover, which has multiple coils which are wound on the outer side of the stator and are arranged continuously in the axial line direction of the stator, wherein a heat transfer member for dissipating heat from the coils is provided between adjoining coils along the side surfaces of the coils. |
