The properties of the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are selected such that the inner sleeve is slightly deformable, and the outer sleeve deflects the radial pressure laterally upon application of a radial pressure on the device during treatment. The inner sleeve presses the tissue of the user and outputs the stored heat or cold to the tissue at the time of expanding of the tissues of the user.</p>
