The free-wheel (1) has a coil spring (7) and a case (8), where the coil spring is in frictional contact with the case. Lubricant is provided between the coil spring and the case. A lubricant storage is provided between the coil spring and the case. The lubricant storage comprises channels, where the channels enable return motion of the lubricant against gravitational force. The channels are formed partly than a recess of an outer surface of the case, where winding of the free-wheel is immersed in a lubricant reservoir. An independent claim is also included for an actuator.
