PURPOSE: A method for preparing a homogeneous supported catalyst for carbon nanotubes and a device for the same are provided to increase the recovery rate of a catalyst and to maintain the activity of the catalyst regardless of the incomplete drying of a solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a homogeneous supported catalyst for carbon nanotubes comprises the steps of: obtaining a metal homogeneous aqueous solution by successively mixing a precipitation suppressive component and a precursor aqueous solution of an active component with a precursor aqueous solution of a catalyst component; obtaining a mixture by mixing the metal homogeneous aqueous solution with a support and impregnating the mixed product based on high temperature treatment; rapidly drying the mixture under a vacuum state; and dispersing an organic solvent into the rapidly dried product, and additionally drying the dispersed product.
