<p>Gas shut-off valve, in particular for systems for cleaning dedusting filters, comprising:
a hollow body (1) with at least one side wall, said wall having at least one passage (3) for the gas;
a piston (5) slidable inside said hollow body and defining with said wall a chamber (12) having variable dimensions;
a device (14, 15) for depressurising such chamber;
characterized in that said hollow body is capable of being sealingly fixed to the end of a pipe (9) and
comprises a sealing surface (7) adapted to stop said piston in one direction and form a gas-tight closure when co-operating therewith.
