PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical cap component having excellent durability.SOLUTION: An optical cap component 1 includes: a shell 20; a lens 30; and a fixing material 40 for fixing the lens 30 and the shell 20. The shell 20 has a cylindrical shell body 21 extending in one direction; a first flange portion 22 projecting inward from an inner peripheral surface 21a of the shell body 21; and a second flange portion 23 projecting outward from an outer peripheral surface 21b of the shell body 21. The first flange portion 22 forms an opening 22a in which the lens 30 is inserted. The second flange portion 23 configures an installing portion to another member. The fixing material 40 joins one side part in one direction rather than the first flange portion 22 of the lens 30 and the first flange portion 22, and joins the other side part in one direction rather than the first flange portion 22 of the lens 30 and the first flange 22. |
