PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material in which the aggregation or adhesion of protein particles to a head space can be suppressed which is formed when emulsified beverage or fluid diet is filled into a conventional packaging material of a transparent laminated film and then is subjected to heat treatment for sterilization or the like.SOLUTION: An innermost film of a packaging material being a packaging material for a retort pouch of which the content is a fluid food is composed of a film formed by blending 0.05 to 1 pts.wt. of at least one kind selected from saturated or unsaturated 16-22C fatty acid amide and derivatives thereof to 100 pts.wt. of olefine-based resin, where the wet tension of the film surface in contact with the content before retorted is 36 mN/m or larger.
