A concrete pumper apparatus and an end hose (20) thereof for use in casting construction. The end hose (20) for use in casting construction has arranged thereon a casting construction safety apparatus (10). The casting construction safety apparatus (10) comprises at least one safety protection unit (12a and 12b). The at least one safety protection unit (12a and 12b) is provided therein with a safety rope (125) that can be hitched onto the body of an operator for protection by pulling the operator during an emergency situation. The concrete pumper apparatus comprises the end hose (20) for use in casting construction. The casting construction safety apparatus (10) is structurally simple, of reduced costs, and convenient to install and to be removed for maintenance.
