[Solution] The invention is a multipurpose device (1) installed on a floor and connected to a network (3). Said multipurpose device (1): by means of a control means (6), in accordance with an instruction based on an operation of an operation panel (4), communicates with floor equipment (2) that is connected to the network (3) and installed on the floor; and manages/controls the floor equipment (2) on the basis of the communication result.
