PURPOSE: A blind including Korean handmade papers and Korean handmade paper netting threads is provided to improve internal tearing strength and tensile strength and to provide a blind which includes Korean handmade papers and Korean handmade paper netting threads for significantly reducing the contamination of a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A Korean handmade paper and a netting paper combined with a Korean handmade paper netting thread for a blind are attached with Korean handmade paper netting threads which are produced by using a single or complex Korean handmade paper. A Korean handmade paper and a netting paper combined with a Korean handmade paper netting thread are coated with a coating liquid by the opposite side of a Korean handmade paper netting thread in a Korean handmade paper. A complex Korean handmade paper is one among complex yarn made of a single Korean handmade paper and polyethylene yarn; complex yarn made of a single Korean handmade paper, cotton yarn, and polyethylene yarn; and complex yarn made of a single Korean handmade paper, silk, and polyethylene yarn. The coating liquid contains a first coating raw material liquid including water, shellac, carboxylmethyl cellulose sodium, and L-arginine and a second coating raw material liquid including ethyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and ammonium hydroxide.
