PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-underground structure for surely and suitably preventing its flotation while reducing its management such as inspection and maintenance.SOLUTION: In a depressed semi-underground structure A, steel sheet piles 1 are installed in a ground to construct earth retainers 2 shaped irregular in a cross-sectional view, a ground G between the pair of earth retainers 2 constructed at a predetermined space is open-cut from its above-ground part, and a U-shaped concrete skeleton 3 having a pair of side wall parts 6 and a bottom slab part 7 is constructed in an open-cut space H. A plurality of displacement stopping members are provided which are rod-shaped, fastened at their base ends to the steel sheet piles 1, and protruded from inner faces 2c of the earth retainers 2 into the open-cut space H. The displacement stopping members 5 are embedded to construct the side wall parts 6 integrally with the earth retainers 2. The side wall parts 6 are constructed as unreinforced concrete structures. |
