PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dispersion stability (and easiness of drinking) of mesophyll of a beverage containing succulent mesophyll while keeping robust drinking feel (and good feeling of drink going down the throat) upon drinking.SOLUTION: A beverage containing succulent mesophyll is obtained by preparing cut pieces of the succulent mesophyll having a size within a specific range, adding them in an amount within a specific range to a beverage, and enclosing the beverage in a container and adjusting a carbon dioxide pressure upon bottling to be within a specific range. |
