PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle which can favorably maintain a contour of the plastic bottle when heated.SOLUTION: The plastic bottle 10 has a mouth 11, flanks 20 and a bottom 30. The flanks 20 have substantially-square cylindrical shapes having four side faces 21, and boundary faces 22 are formed between the flanks 20. Each of the side faces 21 has a vertically-long rectangular shape. Each of the side faces 21 has: a periphery 25 composed of four peripheral trapezoids 25a which are inclined inward and extend from four sides; an intermediate part 26 composed of intermediate trapezoids 26a which are inclined inward and extend from inside end edges 25b of the peripheral trapezoids 25a; and a flat center 27 which is surrounded by the intermediate trapezoids 26 and have a vertically-long rectangular shape. |
